Question 1

What is GirlsTalk Dating?

Accepted Answer

GirlsTalk Dating is a vetted dating app for sapphic women — lesbians, bisexual women, pansexual women, and queer women — who want authentic connections, whether that's friendship, dating, or a long-term relationship.

Question 2

How is GirlsTalk different from other lesbian dating apps?

Accepted Answer

Every member is personally interviewed and approved before they can join. No bots, no catfish, no straight couples looking for a third — just verified queer women who chose to be part of a safer, smaller community.

Question 3

Why do I need an interview to join?

Accepted Answer

The interview is our safety check. It lets us verify every applicant is a real person and aligned with our community guidelines. That's what keeps GirlsTalk a genuinely safe space.

Question 4

How much does membership cost?

Accepted Answer

There's a one-time $25 application fee that covers your vetting interview, and membership is $14.99/month after approval. You can cancel anytime.

Question 5

Can I use GirlsTalk to make friends, not just date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you create your profile you can choose whether you're looking for a relationship, casual dating, friendship, or you're not sure yet. Many of our members join for queer community as much as romance.

Question 6

Is GirlsTalk safe for LGBTQ+ women?

Accepted Answer

Safety is the whole point. Beyond the interview process, we offer mutual-match-only messaging, a built-in Safety Center, reporting tools, and active moderation.
